Information will be recorded from this form as reported, it is your responsibility to submit results from all non-Iowa sponsored shows.  This included unrated shows within the state of Iowa.

Please make sure all needed information is reported clearly.  Classes like "Classical Pleasure" and "Walk-Trot Pleasure" do not indicate what division it should be counted in, i.e. Western or English.

Please consider being a High Point sponsor.  Your name will be published inside the Communique, with the results inside the Iowa Record, posted with the results at the Iowa shows, and published on this website throughout the year. Recognition will also be given at the annual Christmas Banquet.  The cost is $25.00 per class.
